Love the work these guys do! We had our gardens cleaned out completely (removing grass, weeds, old mulch and ground cloth), then placed new mulch and dressed it with pre-emergent to keep new grass from growing in. Got lots of good advice too! The crew was efficient and congenial...wonderful to have around. Fee was reasonable! We'll definitely be using Local Roots going forward! Highly recommend!

After putting down sod ourselves we were in desperate need of professional expertise on how to save our lawn as it was really struggling. GREAT SERVICE LOCAL ROOTS!! Lawn Aeration! Their name changed since last year, but the excellent service has not changed one bit! I met Travis on the service date and told him I needed to leave, and advised him about a couple of trouble spots I wanted him to give special attention to. I asked him to close the gate when he left. When I got home, I was extremely happy in that Travis took great care with doing the work. It was very obvious. He did not rush, but did a very thorough job for me. He also cleaned up well as I saw barely a trace that he was here and of course he closed the gate for me. I highly recommend Local Roots for your lawn maintenance service!

The Local Roots crew is meticulous. If they don't like they way it looks in certain areas they re-mow and re-edge. On their latest visit they did a wonderful job weeding, trimming, and mulching my flower beds and tree beds. Highly recommend.

Riser Lawn Co did a perfect job aerating and top dressing my lawn. They had better equipment than the bigger companies I’ve hired in the past, and Riser’s crew did an A+ job with cleanup and communications. Highly recommendable!

Riser came out and immediately helped me with some distressed patches in my lawn and helped me with a game plan to address the issue and solidify the health of the entire lawn. This included scalping the lawn, aerating it and then spreading a 60/40 mix of a high end compost with a sandy loam treatment and leveling off all the distressed areas. Tremendous professionalism with the crews that accomplished the work. I was extremely impressed!
